POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE

 SALARY: Competitive, dependent on skills/experience

 CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary / Seasonal (Up to 31st October 2024) ... potential to become permanent

 CONTRACT HOURS: Full time

 WORK SHIFTS: Between Monday to Sunday, with evening and weekend working required. No split shifts.

 OTHER INFO: Due to our location and the work shifts, your own transport would be beneficial.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated CHEF DE PARTIE to join our busy KITCHEN TEAM in our award-winning Loch Fyne Oyster Bar Restaurant, assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes from our menu.


The successful applicant needs to have a strong background in a similar environment working with fish and seafood. You must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen, plus have good communication skills and excellent food hygiene standards. HNC level qualification or experience preferred.
