The position requires close co-operation with all other Transfer in Team members, as well an interaction with other operational areas across the entire business and stakeholder departments to deliver a high-quality transfer out service.

  • To ensure all client transfers In are dealt with promptly and accurately, including liaising with and building good working relationships with external third parties,
  • Respond to queries from front office teams such as Investment Management & Client Services in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all incoming queries from External Parties are monitored and responded to daily.
  • Identify any weaknesses in internal controls and recommend potential improvements.
  • Assist in the collation of MI relating to Transfers In functions, highlighting issues to the team manager upon exposure.
  • Participate in, and contribute to, any ad-hoc project-related work where necessary.
