  • Support the recruiting process.
  • Maintain personnel records from new starts to leavers, support onboarding process and induction.
  • Support payroll topics with salary payments and reporting.
  • Perform time and attendance tasks, including data entry and reporting.
  • Monitor attendance trends and produce reports.
  • Support managing absence reports and control.
  • Stay up to date with employment law.
  • Support disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Coordinate Associate Survey activities and report progress.
