Night team Member - full time

Working 5 flexible shift per week 11 pm - 7 am.
- Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Welcome the guests whether on the phone or in the hotel and ensure that the check-in and checkout procedure is handled very well.
- Ensure that the handling of a reservation for the hotel or other hotels in the Group is done with complete professionalism.
- Inform the guest of all the services available at the hotel.
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
- Maintain strict security procedures with transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy
- Covers at reception, F&B, and other departments as required.
- Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations for the hotel.
- Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration, handling any guest complaints and/or remarks.
- Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors
- Perform the tasks of order taking and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling. Ensure accuracy by repeating order(s) to the guests.
- Take orders through POS system.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
- Assists as required/requested with the solving of any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner.
- Ensures all areas public areas are cleaned.
- Works to meet hotel quality and financial targets.
Work Experience
- Previous Customer Service Experience.
- Previous Hotel experience in a similar room (Desired).
- Guest oriented, service minded, and attentive to details.
- Sparkling personality.
- Well organised.
- Team player spirit.
