Job Description

This position will be joining our busy Linlithgow laboratory as a Customer Service Advisor in a fixed term one year contract. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. 

The main duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing information about services or products.
  • To maintain relationships with new and existing customers and make them feel valued by being first point of contact.
  • Having clear communication with other departments to ensure customers requests are met.
  • To carry out other functions in support of the Companies activities as may be required
  • To  compile, and verify accurate information. 
  • Communicate with colleagues from other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Deal with queries from customers and those that may arise in relation to data entry. 
  • Comply with data integrity and company security policies.
  • Performs back up of information.
  • Comply with GDPR in relation to customer and company information.
