If you are a skilled Seismic Data Manager looking for an opportunity to work on exciting projects in the subsurface domain, we have a position for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the handling of Seismic data, including loading, organizing, quality control, editing, formatting, data preparation, and cleaning
  • Manage access rights and perform repository transfers
  • Execute data migration for various subsurface data types (seismic, well, interpretation) using OpenSpirit and export/import workflows
  • Conduct gap analysis on data repositories to identify data to be migrated
  • Ensure a good understanding of CRS: Datums, Projections, and Transformations
  • Audit and validate subsurface data using appropriate tools
  • Document processes and create reports/dashboards on project status, issues, and actions
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and rules to maintain data flow quality and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience with applications such as OpenWorks, Studio Manager, Petrel, OpenSpirit, and Kingdom. Familiarity with FME and other Data Management tools is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of an organization
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to stakeholders
