• Compensation: Competitive pay structure based on an item of service system, with a 50% revenue split and 50% lab fees coverage. The practice absorbs any bad debt.
• Patient Base: Inherit an active list of approximately 2500 patients from a departing dentist, with a waiting list for new registrations, indicating room for further growth.
