Job Title - Operations Assistant

Reports to - Regional Operations Director

Salary - £15,700 total part time 25 hour week

Location - Inverness

We are now recruiting for an Operations Assistant.

This role is responsible for Focus Inverness reception and supporting with other ad hoc. The main purpose of this position is to manage Reception and completing ad hoc events and facilities tasks.

Principal Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provide a high level of customer service, both by phone and face to face, with a view to resolve or redirect as appropriate.
  • Champion the company values to all colleagues and visitors visiting our Inverness office.
  • Ensure all visitors to the building have been welcomed and signposted to the necessary person/department and that any office enquires are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Provide support with Facilities and Fleet management, as required.
  • Responsible for managing the Stock Room.
  • Support the People and Culture team by carrying out Risk Assessments and implement simple ways to mitigate risk.
  • Support the People & Culture team with any internal events, as required.
  • Order marketing products for internal events.
  • Support with the hosting of internal events.

Requirements

 

  • Must be able to work flexibly as required by the business
  • Ability to work on own initiative and effectively prioritise workload
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills and report writing ability is essential
  • Able to multi-task and effectively manage a diverse workload

Please note, the hours for this role are Mon - Fri 9am - 2pm
