At Highland Spring we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to be responsible for driving a culture of safety as well as effectively managing our team within the Warehouse. 

Safety is our number one priority at Highland Spring so you will be integral to driving a culture of the highest safety standard to ensure efficient Warehouse Operations and minimise disruption to in our Warehouse.

What you will be doing:

Your day to day role as part of our management team will be varied, however some of the duties you will be tasked with will include:

Lead and drive a strong culture of safety

Responsible for Highland Spring’s performance on delivery and productivity

Managing departmental costs and budgets

Manage the overall team in an open and transparent way

Encouraging management and safety best practice

Requirements

 What we’re looking for:

Extensive management experience in a warehouse or manufacturing operations environment

You will be a strategic thinker with technical operational skills as well as being robust, logical and driven.

You must be able to provide evidence on how you have driven a culture of safety

Experience in using an ERP system

Have either IOSH or NEBOSH certifications

Lean Manufacturing experience is highly desirable

Experience of working in a FMCG environment will be preferable

This position would ideally be Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm with flexibility needed to support your nightshift teams too.
