Conrad Consulting is working closely with a leading Scottish firm of independent Rural Surveyors and Consultants operating throughout Scotland and the north of England. My client is looking to source a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join their Ayr Office.
The successful candidate will be an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with ambition to progress and further your career. In your new role, you will be responsible for a wide range of work including: property sales and development, renewables, compulsory purchase and utility claims, agricultural and forestry consultancy, and rural valuations.
You'll need to have at least 2-3 years post-qualification experience in in a number of these areas, also have strong ties to, or hands-on experience of, farming and/or rural land management, interpersonal skills and be able to complete instruction to a high professional standard with an attention to detail.
- A surveying practice with 50-55 employees in the company
- Sectors: Commercial, Property Management, Residential, Environmental, Forestry & Woodland management, Planning & Development.
- Structure in place to support you in your training and Professional Development throughout with clear progression prospects.
- You will be working closely with Partners and experienced Surveyors, delivering expert advice on a wide range of rural matters.

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 + benefits
