Role: Cleaning Supervisor

Salary: £12.44 per hour
Contract Type: Full time
Shift Pattern: 40 Hours per week, over 5 days (To be negiotiated)

The role
The cleaning supervisor role with Phosters Ltd is a static position at our site in Bathgate to supervise a team of cleaning operatives based on this site.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitoring cleaning staff and mobile cleaners on site.
• Ensure consumable levels are adequate and order items when necessary.
• Ensure sites are adequately staffed, liaise with Phosters Recruitment Manager regarding recruitment needs.
• Train cleaning operatives and mobile cleaners upon employment commencement and then annually thereafter unless they require further training or if procedures change.
• Any other duties as may be required by the business.

Essential:

• Able to pass a DBS check
• A basic level of computer skill would be essential. Just an understanding & proficiency with basic windows programs & emails.
• Cleaning experience or experience in a similar role
