Project Manager - High End Fit Out Contractor - Glasgow, Scotland

Currently our client is seeking a project manager who has previous experience in fit out & joinery projects. Ideally you would have also worked on high end residential or leisure projects such as hotels, apartments, and restaurants.

Ideally you would have previously worked on fit out packages over £50m in value.

This contractor have gained a very prestigious name in the construction industry (specifically in the fit out world). They have over 30 years trading history and have worked alongside some of the best developers/main contractors who regularly repeat purchase.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Previously worked a Project Manager/Senior Construction Manager
• Previous experience working on large fit out &/or joinery projects.
• Previous experience working on high end packages.
• Preferably you would have previous experience managing the construction of high end residential properties or hotels.
• Joinery/carpentry background is highly desirable
• Previously used Site Pro or Fieldview
• Up to date CSCS card
