Construction (non-Contentious) Solicitor

A leading Scottish law firm with an outstanding reputation is seeking a Construction (non-Contentious) Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Edinburgh.

Your responsibilities will involve working on large engineering projects (solar, wind, battery and more) and dealing with construction contracts and development agreements. You will be one of the key points of contact for clients, keeping them up to date with all recent developments, and participate in business development and marketing activities.

You will work with contractors and sub-contractors, developers, major utilities, local authorities, and statutory bodies.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 1 year of non-contentious construction experience
  • Excellent academic background
  • Outstanding technical skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
