Specialist Support Analyst

Anderson Knight working with a leading organisation within the financial services industry. We are currently looking to onboard a Specialist Support Analyst, reporting to the Head of Collections on a full-time hybrid basis. The main responsibilities include supporting customers who may be vulnerable and/or in arrears and seek solutions, leading to a positive outcome.

Shifts are allocated to cover service during working hours on a rotational basis, flexibility is required, hybrid working is available upon completion of training (5-6 weeks).

Hours - Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00

                Weekends 09:00-18:00

Salary - £23-25k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate assistance to possible vulnerable customers facing financial challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to FCA regulations in all interactions and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer correspondence, including letters, emails, phone calls.
  • Manage customer accounts and update details.
  • Advise on suitable repayment plans based on customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Display strong telephone skills, building rapport with the customer and communicating well to come to a positive resolution.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supporting vulnerable customers.
  • Ability to display knowledge of the FCA handbook.
  • Preferred experience within finance and collections
