John Williams have partnered with a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions. The company provides a broad range of resources tailored to their clients’ specific needs in casualty, property, marine, benefits, brand protection and other lines.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Claims Technician to join their busy Home Claims team which is based in Glasgow. If you already have some Domestic Claims experience, I would be keen to hear from you.
As a Claims Technician, you will pro-actively manage a caseload of building claims whilst providing support to our field surveyors, customers, and clients.
Day to day you’ll support customers at the beginning of the claims process; record new claim information on our easy to navigate system, contact customers to verify information and offer reassurance, arrange visits for colleagues, confirm progress to customers and negotiate settlement where applicable.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive and pro-active attitude to exceeding client and customer expectations
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Strong written communication skills
- IT Literacy
