I am recruiting a Architectural Technician to join the team. The ideal candidate will utilize technology to present building designs effectively, provide technical guidance to clients, and work closely with our construction design team to bring new structures to life.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural plans and designs
• Create detailed drawings, schematics, and models using software such as SolidWorks, Grasshopper, Revit, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, and AutoCAD
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and material lists
• Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans
• Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase to address any design issues or changes
• Assist in the coordination of project schedules and timelines

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in software programs such as SolidWorks, Grasshopper, Revit, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals
