Are you a qualified and experienced nurse who is looking for flexible shifts in a care home setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Resilience Personnel.
Resilience Personnel is a leading nursing agency that provides high-quality and reliable staff to various care homes across the UK. We are looking for agency Registered General Nurses (RGNs) who can work part time shifts (Long day/Night/Rotating).
As an agency Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the individual care needs of residents
- Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and care home policies
- Supervising and mentoring care staff and ensuring high standards of care delivery
- Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, colleagues and other health professionals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Adhering to the agency’s policies and procedures, including compliance, safeguarding, health and safety, etc.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid NMC pin number and the right to work in the UK
- A minimum of 6 months of post-registration experience as a nurse, preferably in a care home setting
- A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as per the agency’s rota.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
