Vehicle Technician

Excel Resourcing are currently recruiting for Vehicle Technician to work in Edinburg.
Responsibilities:
- To repair and maintain vehicles within the company fleet,
- To take vehicles on road test
- To take vehicles for MOT testing or outside workshops where specialist repairs are necessary.
- Collecting parts when needed
- Undertake repairs as and when required on forklifts and other associated equipment.
- Complete servicing documents
- Attend vehicle breakdowns when required both on site and off site where necessary.
The Candidate:
- City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Engineering or recognised equivalent qualification.
- Vehicle Workshop experience gained through recognised apprentice ship or equivalent training.
- LGV licence (desired not essential as training will be provided)
- Competent with vehicle diagnostics
- Knowledge of bulk pressure systems
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8H a day
40H a week
Salary:
43,500.00 per year
