Anderson Knight working with a leading organisation within the financial services industry. They’re currently looking to recruit a Credit Decisions Analyst. The successful candidate will review each application, collate data to understand the potential customers situation and decide on the affordability of the customer.

Shifts are allocated to cover service during working hours on a rotational basis, flexibility is required.

Hours – Mon-Fri between 08:00-20:00

                Weekends between 09:00-18:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with GDPR data protection.
• Review and analyse credit reference data to make informed credit decisions.
• Process referrals through required checks, including credit behaviour and affordability assessments.
• Document assessments with thorough notes and record any conditions of sanction.
• Remain vigilant to suspicious behaviour, reporting anything suspicious accordingly.
• Work with efficiency to ensure that credit decisions align with agreed-upon service level standards.

Requirements:

• Experience within some form of financial services is admirable.
• Experience within customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong numeric skills.
