Our client is a leading construction company specializing in roofing and facades solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead roofing and facade projects with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager specializing in roofing and facades, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify project needs and constraints.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and secure future business opportunities.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to achieve project objectives.

Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client specifications.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual requirements.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality or safety issues proactively.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Implement contingency plans to manage unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in project management, specifically in roofing and facades projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not required.
