£46,000/annum Car or £4,880 travel allowance
  • Salary plus car or £4880 allowance
  • Minor flex in salary for a strong candidate

  • Largely home based with some national travel

One of the UK's largest Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking to develop their Team aligned to their largest, and most prestigious UK Account, the customer are within retail and corporate banking

The FM provider offer building maintenance, and other services to maintain the client's estate.

This role has been created to drive the delivery of Building Fabric projects across the client's retail estate, consisting of 300 odd retail branches.

Surveys have been completed to assess the Fabric across the estate, and this role is to Project Manage various remediation works from masonry, to fire doors, with any repair work completed via a mixture of in house engineers and sub contractors

This is a fantastic role for a developing Project Manager to grow their knowledge of Building Fabric

Actions will include:

  • You will be responsible for tracking, reporting, motoring and providing updates on fabric related projects of significant value.
  • In addition to this the Fabric PM will be responsible for monitoring & documenting that these works are being delivered using the employer's’ project delivery framework utilising industry best practice, to ensure works are delivered safely, with robust governance and controls in place to meet legislative and client requirements/expectations.
  • Outside of this, there will be an expectation to manage high level meetings, make sure actions, owners and key decisions are documented, communicated and held to as part of the projects’ life cycle.
  • As part of a wider retail team, there will be times when the fabric PM is called upon to support colleagues with work outside of the project sphere, this could be during an incident, mobilise an initiative or provide more generalist support if the need arises

We need from you:

  • Project Management experience within the built environment
  • Ideally some PM related Qualification or Cert
