Our client, a specialist civil engineering contractor operating within Scotland's rail sector, is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to lead on exciting projects spread across Central Scotland.

As a vital part of the operational structure, you'll lead the charge in delivering projects to impeccable standards, from design to handover. Working closely with a dedicated team, you'll uphold our client's stellar reputation by ensuring all work meets their exacting standards.

Your role will encompass:

• Providing strong leadership and guidance to site staff across ongoing projects.
• Coordinating all projects to meet deadlines and client specifications.
• Managing project development in line with approved plans and targets.
• Taking on additional engineering duties when necessary.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Preparing detailed project progress reports.

To be considered, you should have:

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager.
• A background in civil engineering, with rail project experience being advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites concurrently.
• Ideally, HNC/HND qualifications or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and designers.
