Site Manager Housing

A established family run house builder that have earned a reputation of building quality homes throughout Scotland for decades, are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their project in East Ayrshire.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining compliance with the company's Health and Safety protocols, NHBC guidelines, building regulations, and overall quality standards on site at all times,
- Liaising with other internal departments and externals suppliers to ensure the build programme is achieved,
- Ensure all breaches of health and safety are dealt with in line with the company's safety policy.
- Ensure all snagging and post entry snagging is completed on time and that the customer care department are kept updated on a weekly basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Detached New build experience to 5* NHBC,
- A trade background
- A minimum of 10 years construction experience,
- Stay within a 30-mile radius of the site.
