As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

• Overseeing the daily management of a medium sized nursing home
• Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations
• Managing budgets and financial planning
• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.
• Liaising with residents, families, and health professionals
