Our client are specialists in providing precision machined components across a broad spectrum of technically demanding markets including Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Rail.

What

Due to continuous growth our client now require an experienced CNC Miller with knowledge of Fanuc programming to join their dynamic team.

With the ability to turn to tight tolerances and a good understanding of geometric symbols, the ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret engineering drawings whilst extracting the correct data to meet customer demands.

Schedule

Our client operate an early and back shift. The successful candidate will have the freedom to permanently work either shift or rotate between the two.

Hours of work (37 hours per week)

Early Shift: Monday to Thursday 6am – 2pm (30 minute /15 minute Both breaks paid), Friday 6am – 11am

Back Shift: Monday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm (30 minute /15 minute Both breaks paid), Friday 11am – 4pm

This is where you come in

• Time-served Miller with recent CNC experience
• Experience of programming and operating CNC Milling machines
• Knowledge of Fanuc programming language
• Self-motivated with an eye for detail and effective communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running and enjoy working within a small skilled team
• Customer Service experience is essential, along with excellent people skills
• Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK
