We are seeking a highly skilled and fully qualified Management Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with comprehensive knowledge of management accounting principles. This role will be responsible for providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes within the organisation.

- CIMA or ACCA Fully Qualified
- Solid management accounting experience
- Ability to interact with leadership, key stakeholders and the wider team
- Experience of effectively prioritising multiple projects to meet deadlines and produce high quality work in a fast‑paced environment
- A team player but also take ownership to complete tasks independently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders, including board presentations and investor communications.
- Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objective
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in management accounting, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
