Peace Recruitment are working with a well-regarded public sector organisation to source an experienced Factoring Officer for a 1 year fixed term contract.

The main duties of the role are;

• Customer satisfaction. Engaging and supporting management of repairs where the organisation has mutual ownership.
• Estate management
• Compliance
• Adhering to factoring code of conduct
• Arranging and attending tenant meetings

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in factoring and be aware of all relevant legislation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great organisation based in North and East Edinburgh. My client work a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home but you would be required to attend meeting and site visits when needed.
