We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operative to join our client food production business in Inchinnan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production experience to contribute to a thriving environment.

Your rate of pay and hours of work

This role is a temporary position for a 12-week assignment with an hourly wage of £11.44, which is paid weekly, with holiday pay accrued. Additionally, you will benefit from free on-site parking and a consistent shift schedule from Monday to Friday, running from 07:00 to 15:15.

Responsibilities in your new role as Production Operative

  • Operating within a food production and packing setting
  • Preparing and blending ingredients based on precise recipes
  • Selecting and packaging items for distribution
  • Performing quality control inspections to uphold superior standards
  • Utilising machinery, while strictly observing safety protocols
  • Complying with health and safety regulations

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a production capacity, preferably within the food industry. Familiarity with health and safety protocols is essential. You should also demonstrate the capability to thrive under pressure in a rapid-paced setting, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
