Clark Resourcing Solutions are currently assisting our client, a leading supplier of telescopic handlers, rotational telehandlers and heavy lift machines, in sourcing a full time Field Service Engineer who will work remotely in the Glasgow area.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer, located close to the Glasgow area to provide cover on site to clients.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards.

• Carrying out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers
• Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits
• Collaborating with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions

Our ideal candidates will have worked in a similar role previously, with a background in mobile plant products and/or agricultural / mechanical engineering.

• NVQ or equivalent in plant maintenance or agricultural equipment is highly desired to be considered.
• Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment which includes Telehandlers
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
• A valid driving licence
