7.5ton Delivery Driver – Mossend

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients Home Delivery Service based in Mossend as a 7.5ton Driver, working 5 shifts a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in their career with Temp-Perm Potential.

7.5ton Delivery Driver

• Days £13.68ph, Overtime £20.52ph after 48 hours weekly.

• 5 day working week, inc weekends when required.

• Starts between 05.00-10.00 approx 10-12 hour shifts.

• 2 man teams.

• Ongoing work – Inductions available Friday 12th April.

• Potential temp to Perm for the right candidate.

7.5ton Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Delivery of white goods – Heavy Manual Lifting required.

• Scanning/Loading required.

• Routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab.

• Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure before driving.

Essential Experience / Qualities for this position

• Great work ethic.

• Minimum 3 months 7.5ton driving experience.

• Digital Tacho Card & CPC Card.

• Comfortable with heavy lifting as part of 2 man teams.

• Be professional and presentable at all times.

• Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.

• Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.

• No IN10, TT99 or DR10.
