Your new company
Our client is looking for a Data Analysis Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to assist in performance enhancement of their sales operations team. This role is offering between £60,000 and £75,000 depending on experience (DoE), with full on-site attendance in their office 5 days per week.

Your new role
As Data Analysis Manager, you will provide sales analysis for a small sales team and own the centralised operation of their ERP system, including group-wide pricing maintenance and CRM adoption over the team in general. You will be responsible for managing sales and operations across all sites, with the aim of maintaining production and sales plans. This role therefore involves a large amount of number crunching, which therefore would suit individuals with an analytical mindset, commercial managerial experience and very good people skills to read data effectively and draw out process improvements to aid in sales enhancement - essentially acting as data analyst in a sales team.
This role requires travel in the UK and Ireland across 3 sites, roughly 2 - 3 days per month. However, you will specifically be based in Troon 5 days per week.

What you'll need to succeed

• A business degree or relevant equivalent qualifications
• 3+ years managing ERP/ CRM systems or in business analytics
• Proficiency of ERP/ CRM systems
• Ideally experienced in sales within a B2B context
• Commercial experience managing teams
• Power BI proficiency
