Margaret hodge are currently recruiting for a new client in Govan. The company offer guaranteed 39 hours a week with weekly wages from Mhodge . If you are looking to grow with a company that loves to offer the optional overtime then please apply today.
**Essential requirements/duties for this role**
- TIG Welding between 1 and 5mm aluminium.
- Must have experience with hand tools
- Setting up and operating welding equipment to join, surface, fabricate and repair aluminium
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Preparing and cleaning materials, parts, and work surfaces.
- Modern apprenticeship / Qualifications in Fabrication and Welding (SVQ level 3), SVQ Level 6 in Fabrication and Welding or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous delivery of Aluminium and mild steel projects
- Use band saw to cut components before welding
