Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control and quantity measurement for construction projects. Your expertise in cost estimation and analysis will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Duties:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities of materials used
- Prepare reports on project costs, including cost forecasts and variations
- Provide advice on contractual matters related to costs and quantities
