About the Role: Gilbert Meher is pleased to collaborate with a leading client in the healthcare sector to recruit a dedicated Home Manager for a facility in Edinburgh. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, with a focus on promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Provide leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and improving the lives of residents.
