Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top-tier candidates through various sourcing strategies
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for roles
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and with attention to detail
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and performance KPI's

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment, customer service or sales role is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
