Responsibilities within your new role

• Crafting a menu centred around nutritious and innovative brunch dishes
• Directing the kitchen team at the forefront of operations
• Supervising all facets of food preparation and kitchen production
• Ensuring strict compliance with EHO, COSHH, and HACCP standards
• Managing a cohesive kitchen staff, from recruitment and training to scheduling
• Monitoring inventory levels and procuring supplies efficiently
• Upholding a hygienic and orderly kitchen workspace
