Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with a luxury 5-star hotel estate in the Scottish Highlands in their search for a Breakfast Chef to join their team. The stunning hotel has an incredible reputation and sits near the North Coast 500 route, rated 4.5 stars out of 5 on Trip Advisor and Google.

The package includes modern and affordable live in accommodation, and including bills and meals you will save an estimated £8.4K annually compared to living in Edinburgh/Glasgow and an astonishing £11.4K annually living in London based on current cost of living!

The hotel has a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a sister brasserie venue where this individual will be based.

This opportunity would suit an individual who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and escape to an idyllic and beautiful part of the world.

You will be responsible for cooking breakfast for the residents of the hotel to a high standard and then prep for lunch and dinner service.

The person:

Our long-established client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a proven Breakfast Chef talent in the kitchen. With a classical understanding of modern Scottish, European, and classic French techniques. Someone who will always be readily approachable, possess a positive can-do mentality and personality, and be an effective communicator. Whilst, possessing sound leadership skills of others and a kitchen. Creative innovation is a must for the client’s guest’s food experiences. There will also be continued career opportunities to further your career, for the right minded individual.

The ideal Breakfast Chef candidate. must have had prior experience of working in a high-end quality restaurant, ideally with a minimum of one, to two rosette experience to their credit. You must be able to demonstrate good all-round classical culinary technical skills, whilst managing costs, food GP%. The ability to train and develop others within the team, are also highly desired skills, our client is looking for.
