Environmental Auditor

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Our client is seeking an ambitious Environmental Auditor with experience in environmental monitoring, consultancy or assessments to join their expanding team in Edinburgh. You'll be providing Planning Monitoring Officer services to Government, private developers and local planning authorities, working on a huge range of environmental projects around Scotland.

The Environmental Auditor/PMO selected will be working or a range of existing commissions, both on site and in office with a team of Environmental specialists, reviewing and auditing documents, including EIAs. Experience and confidence in construction/site-based environments is therefore preferable.

To be considered for the Environmental Auditor role you should:

• Have a degree in environmental management/consultancy/sciences/engineering, physical geography, ecology or a similar relevant subject,.
• Have experience in EIA or as an Environmental Auditor / PMO.
• Have a membership with a professional institution at the appropriate level.
• Hold a full UK Driving licence and be will to travel for work.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
• Be commutable to Edinburgh.
