About The Opportunity
In this integral position, you will work closely with UK Finance and Operations Director and Group Finance Director to positively impacting the efficient processes related to accounting reporting and aid in the management of junior members of staff. Your key task will collectively contribute to maintaining financial stability and informed decision-making within the organisation, these tasks include:

• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• General Ledger Analysis
• Organise financial and accounting activities in alignment with internal rules, procedures, and company management requirements.
• Cash Flow Management
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly management reports to the UK Finance and Operations Director and Group Finance Director. Analysing budget versus actual results.
• Assist with the preparation of internal and external audit requirements including production of the year-end audit packs for the subsidiaries and group entities.
• Line manage, mentor and develop one junior member of staff.
• Support the preparation of the annual budget.

An additional key element of the role is spearheading the new finance system and strategies, in collaboration with non-financial stakeholders throughout the business.
