Responsibilities within your new role as Chef de Partie

• Ensuring all food items are prepared, presented and served to the required standard
• Reporting directly to the Head Chef
• Receiving goods ordered and checking items supplied are of the standard and quality required
• Delivering excellent customer service

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a history of success as a Chef de Partie in fast-paced kitchen settings with high production volumes. You should possess a solid understanding of allergens and dietary needs, along with proficiency in health and safety protocols. Additionally, you should exhibit both teamwork skills and the capability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail.
