Activus Recruitment are seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join our clients team at Fountainbridge, Edinburgh on a self-employed basis.
Requirements:
- Self-employed,
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager in the UK.
- Proven history working on Residential Fit Out projects.
- Construction related Degree or Qualifications.
- Strong M&E knowledge is essential.
- Comfortable in a Client facing role.
- Comfortable managing financials of assigned trade contractors in project.
This role will be ongoing until the end of 2024 and rate will negotiable DoE.
Please note, no travel/digs are provided for this position.
