About the Role:
Gilbert Meher is pleased to collaborate with a leading client in the healthcare sector to recruit a Peripatetic Home Manager for the Keith area. This unique role offers the opportunity to provide management support and leadership across multiple care homes in the Highlands region. While RGN qualification is preferred, it is not essential for this position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide management support and leadership to care homes within the Keith area.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Collaborate with home managers to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to adapt to different environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care and improving the lives of residents.
