Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management support and leadership to care homes within the Keith area.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Collaborate with home managers to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to adapt to different environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
