Gilbert Meher are delighted to be working with an National Care Provider, who are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a nursing home based in Motherwell, South Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a medium to large sized care home and overseeing turnaround, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Motherwell, South Lanarkshire
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care provided
- Recruit, train, and manage staff
- Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to residents
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the home
- Proven experience in managing and turning around failing care homes
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A nursing PIN is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance of the home
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum and the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
