Key Responsibilities
- Developing and nurturing client relationships to understand their recruitment needs.
- Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
- Utilizing your sales acumen to pitch services and close deals effectively.
- Conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and managing the recruitment process.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Glasgow office.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Adaptability and a passion for learning and growing within the recruitment industry.
- Full UK drivers licence
