Bored of the same day to day role?
Looking to join a business where they offer something new and exciting, with plenty of progression available?

I have a fantastic opportunity to join a food manufacturing company who are a Leading player in the game and can offer a great environment to flex your fantastic people skills!
The company has seen exceptional growth over the past few years and continues to grow exponentially. For them to adhere to their huge yet very achievable plans, they need a Production Manager who not only knows what good looks like but how to implement it.

Working closely with the Site Lead, you will be responsible for improving performance through delivering training and development of your team, pushing them to consistently hit KPI targets and looking at continuous improvement initiatives to improve the site.

This is a fast paced, chilled food manufacturing business, so it goes without saying that experience working within the food manufacturing sector will be a massive advantage. You will also need to have experience working at Shift Manager / Production Manager level managing a team of people. A base understanding of different CI/Lean manufacturing practices and some tangible result through projects you have either led or been involved in would also be fantastic for this business.

If you are currently a Production Manager, looking for a new challenge, I am very keen to hear from you.

If you feel you meet these requirements and have a track record of success in the Food Industry and want to apply for this exciting role, then click on the link below or contact Jake at The Collective Network for an informal confidential conversation on (phone number removed)
