Working Hours: 13.30 - 22.00
Days of Work: Tuesday - Saturday:

Responsibilities of the Production Manager:

• Managing a medium sized shift across Tuesday - Saturday.
• Driving performance through KPI's constantly measuring and communicating results
• Owning the training and development and overall success of the production team.
• Driving process improvement drawing on previous experience and successes.
• Identify opportunities and continually improve the production business unit working closely with the team.
• Knowing the detail and being hands-on in the factory.
• Reporting into a Operations Lead with an open and upbeat style. There is plenty to be done and the positive support of an experienced site lead will make all the difference.
• Manage the Health and Safety, ensuring a safe working environment exists for all employees.

What experience do you need for this Production Manager role?

• Production management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of production and the planning processes in deadline driven manufacturing environments.
• Results focused and accountable.
• Constantly looking for ways to drive efficiencies.
• A Team focused manager who encourages and motivates.
• Strong communicator able to liaise with all managers.
