Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer, with Marine electronic knowledge. The company we are representing has an extensive portfolio of marine support services. this role is based in Aberdeen.
Package
Duties:
As a Field service engineer/ Service Engineer you will be supporting the lead service engineer, with the installation and service of marine electronics.
Repair and maintain a variety of marine equipment on vessels, Offshore installations, and within the workshop.
Perform surveys, inspections, and annual performance tests.
Callouts and some weekend work will be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Travel within the UK and Overseas
Requirements for the Field Service Engineer role:
Experience as a field service engineer/ service engineer within the marine industry
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and work independently.
Hold an Electronics qualification.
HNC/HND is preferred.
Knowledge of satellite communications, GPS Navigation, and Voyage data recorders
Must be able to travel to Aberdeen as required
Hold a Full UK drivers license
Confident in all administrator tasks.

- £40,000 plus generous commission
- Work away bonus & time and half for overtime
- Company Vehicle, with personal mileage included.
