My client is looking to add a Well intervention Operations Engineer to the team on a full time fixed term contract of 6 months.

As the Operations Engineer, you will support intervention operations and advise customers and colleagues about the Well Intervention tools, equipment, systems, standards and the purchase, installation and application thereof. You will possess in-depth knowledge of Well Intervention solutions and will have the ability to present this to clients and/or colleagues which are less competent these areas. In this role, you will also be responsible to compose technical and financial proposals based on the client’s requirements and provide cost effective Well Intervention solutions, sales and business development is also a part of the role.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient thru tubing intervention solutions to the client through discussion and documented technical & financial proposals.
  • Maintain client relations and connectivity.
  • Work closely with Operations team to respond to client’s requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate and conveyed in the correct manner.
  • Ensure that all workflow processes associated with the operations are understood and followed.
  • Provide an operational support function to Field Engineers on job when required.
  • Maintain the highest standard of service quality & delivery throughout implementation of projects and operations.
  • Ensuring company QMS and workflow processes are always followed.
  • Inspect and test material components if needed together with the Workshop Manager.

Qualifications/Competencies:
  • 5+ years' experience in Well Intervention product solutions.
  • Technical excellence in Well Intervention products & solutions.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Communication skills, written and orally.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Building client relationships
  • Ability to create Bottom Hole Assembly drawings
