MDH Recruitment recruiting for a Production Operative to join our clients manufacturing team-based Coatbridge, Lanarkshire.
This is a full-time role, and you’ll work Monday to Friday. You need to work a week of dayshift, then a week of backshift. You will get a half day every Friday. You need to work both shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis.
No weekend work and you will be paid an enhanced rate for any overtime you chose to work.
Hours of Work:
All hours - £13.73 per hour.
- Dayshift : 6am-2pm - Weekly pay.
- Backshift: 2pm-10pm - Weekly pay.
Duties
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment with a focus on efficiency and safety.
- Monitor production processes, making adjustments to machinery as needed to ensure high-quality production output.
- Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and Health & Safety is maintained at all times
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Skills
- Technical knowledge of production processes
- Ability to meet production deadlines
The ideal candidate should have technical production experience who come from a manufacturing environment.
