As a Lead Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process for a variety of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and competitive bids are submitted. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record in estimating for large-scale projects.




To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also essential, as you will be liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
